Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Dozsage and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm with your password.

This permanently removes your account and everything logged to it (injections, weights, symptoms, check-ins, exercise and progress-photo records) from our database. It cannot be undone.

Can't open the app?

Email support@dozsage.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account and its data and confirm by reply. Please do not include health details in the email.

What is not removed

Progress-photo images are stored only on your device. Deleting the account removes the app's copy; a separate copy you chose to save to your phone's photo library stays there until you delete it. Anonymous crash and usage diagnostics are not linked to your account.
